For part one of this project, I have used Calvino’s memo’s as a guide and model to create my own analogies, emblems and examples of electronic literature from his Six Memo’s for the Millennium. I describe each of Calvino’s qualities and give a brief description of his analogies and emblems and then give my own. I also used examples from N. Katherine Hayles in her book, Electronic Literature: New Horizons for the Literary.
